JESSICA WOLF

Jessica Wolf (she/her), MA Somatic Psychology, is a trauma-informed Somatic Therapist, Yoga Therapist, Yoga Teacher, and Somatic Practitioner with over two decades of experience in movement, healing, and embodied transformation. Her yoga classes and therapeutic sessions draw from extensive training in Anusara Yoga, Yoga Tune Up®, the Roll Model® Method, Body by Breath®, and Yoga Nidra, integrating myofascial release, somatic movement, breath, sound, and nervous system regulation.

Jessica’s approach is deeply intuitive, heart-centered, and grounded in trauma-informed care. She weaves together body-based psychology, sacred anatomy, and energy healing to create inclusive, nurturing spaces where students can explore the inner landscape of body, breath, and being. Her offerings support deep listening, emotional resilience, and embodied self-awareness.

With a Master’s in Somatic Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies and a lifelong passion for dance, movement, and nature, Jessica guides others on a path of healing, curiosity, and connection—within themselves and the world around them.
