YOGA Retreat in GREECE
WITH SARASWATI CLERE AND CARLOS POMEDA
September 25- October 1, 2025
Amidst the timeless beauty of Greece, this retreat invites you into an immersive exploration of the subtle body—where breath, movement, and meditative awareness converge to restore vitality and presence.
Through daily practices of yoga, breathwork, and meditation, we will attune to the movement of prāṇa, the vital life force that animates all living beings. We will explore the intricate network of nāḍīs (energy channels), learning how to support their flow to awaken clarity, groundedness, and ease. Central to our journey is the chakra system—a map of psycho-spiritual integration—which becomes a gateway to balance, insight, and deep connection.
Each day is woven with mindful movement, breath-centered awareness, and meditation. These embodied practices offer a sanctuary to slow down, recalibrate the nervous system, and return to the natural rhythm of your being.
Together, we will explore:
· The art of inner stillness and somatic presence
· Approaches to meditation rooted in direct experience
· Breath as a bridge between body and awareness
· Movement that nourishes and restores the subtle body
· The interplay between energy, emotion, and consciousness
Whether you are a dedicated practitioner or a seasoned teacher, this retreat offers a spacious and supportive environment to deepen your practice and replenish your inner resources.
You will leave with:
· A calmer nervous system and a renewed sense of peace
· Tools to increase energy, focus, and emotional resilience
· Greater body-mind awareness and intuitive sensitivity
· A deeper sense of wholeness, connection, and embodied presence
Come to remember what it feels like to truly inhabit your body, to breathe with the rhythms of nature, and to dwell in the luminous stillness that is always within.
